Nick B’s Chimichurri started as a family recipe passed down from Argentina, but it became something more when Navy veteran Nick and his mom Maria decided to bottle it up and share it with the world. What began in their home kitchen grew into a weekly tradition—one they still keep to this day.
Every week, Nick and Maria handcraft each batch themselves using only fresh ingredients: parsley, garlic, 100% extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, and a special blend of seasonings. It’s bold, fresh, and made with love—just like they’ve always done it.
